This page describes how to expand the coverage to 26 Mhz -29.6 Mhz on the CPU.

If the main chip is a UC-1250A it is 10m band only and this mod will not work,
if it has a UC-1250, UC-1201A, UC-117 or another chip (quite a few were used) then expansion is possible using this method.

You will need to remove the screws from the sub pc board, to gain access to the bottom of the board.

Locate pins 34 and 35 on the main I.C. (IC315) you will notice that these two pins are connected together and that they are grounded (0V), cut the track that connects them to ground, now jumper from pins 34 and 35 to the vacant pin on the end of the resistor pack (RR301)

Your done !!

This will give you coverage from 26.000 to 29.699 Mhz (some radio's will go to 29.999 Mhz)

Hola yo hace años tenia una y es tan sencillo como un pequeño puente
entre un extremo de un diodo y otro componente en la placa del microprocesador.Y creo recordar que bajaba hasta 25 o algo asi.

La verdad es que hay info pero todo enfocado a la versión Americana, a ver si estos días nos ponemos a la obra a ver si se puede.

Si mal no recuerdo tienes que hacer un puente entre el Diodo D=312 y una resisistencia que esta al lado del TP=307.
