Sincere apologies - with respect to our special event call ( GB1OOC) satellite contact via AO-7 on Sunday
1st April 0748 hrs.
Due to the badly written notes the information I gave you on the locator were incorrect.
Please correct your log to read IO81JJ - Philip ( MW0DHF ) the QSL manager for the event is aware and we look forward to returning a QSL card should require one.
Your contact was actually part of history being our first contact for the event and also first via satellite
commemorating and paying tribute to the rescue of the passengers from the Titanic 100 years ago.
Thanks for the contact and look forward perhaps to further contacts over the next month for this very historic
event.
