Problemas? todos hi,hi...
Sé entrar en la config. del ruter (yacom) pero a la hora de abrir los puertos 5198 5199 y 5200 no se por donde atacar.
Cuando hago un test de puertos desde el programa, me dice:
Local IP address: 192.168.2.101
Firewall Test Results: FAIL
The test successfully connected to the EchoLink server on TCP port 5200. This means that your system's TCP configuration is correct for use with EchoLink.
UDP ports do not seem to be blocked, but the tester did NOT receive a response to some of the UDP tests. If you have a router or firewall installed, be sure its Port Forwarding feature is correctly set. See Help for details.
In the current configuration, you might be able to connect with many of the nodes in the EchoLink system, including the EchoLink Test Server. However, you might experience problems connecting to certain other nodes, or accepting connections from certain nodes. For best results, please enable the Port Forwarding feature of your router, if possible.
There appears to be a router between this computer and the Internet. A router normally requires special configuration for use with EchoLink.
This version of Windows includes Windows Firewall. If Windows Firewall is enabled (which is the default), an exception must be added to un-block EchoLink and allow it to access the Internet. (If you chose the Unblock option when you first started EchoLink, this exception has probably already been added.)

Bueno el problema esta en el router que te cambia la IP al ser dinamica tienes que entrarle y cambiarla.
Averigua la ip, ipconfig y debes de ponersela al router.

Aqui encontraras como abrir puertos y cambiarle la configuracion a la mayoria de routers del mercado.

Saludos..Tienes que abrir los puertos del 5198 al 5200 en TCP/UDP ambos.Algunos router en la configuracion te preguntan a que direccion IP los abren ?.Si tienes en el PC la 101 le pones esa.Otra opcion es configurar el ordenador con una IP fija manualmente la 101 por ejemplo,pues le marcas esa.Pero no te olvides que los puertos son en TCP/UDP...
Dirección IP Lan: Dirección IP local del ordenador para el que quiere abrir los puertos.
Protocol Type: Tipo de protocolo (TCP, UDP o TCP/UDP) del puerto que quiere abrir.
LAN Port: Puerto que quiere abrir. Puede abrir uno solo (5198), o un rango (5198-5200).
Public Port: Igual que "LAN Port".
Marque la casilla "Habilitado", y haga clic en el botón "Set".
A partir de este momento puertos ya están abiertos.

Mi gozo en un pozo... ayer crei que ya estaba todo OK, pero sige dando fallo en el Test de puertos del programa.
El ruter es un ASTORIA ARV4518pw-a-lf-lt de Ya.com
Entro en el menu de configuracion del router, abro el sub-menu NAT, a continuecion Virtual Server y pongo lo siguiente:
LAN IP ADRESS : 192.168.2.101.
Protocol Type : TCP&UDP
Lan Port : 5198-5200
Public port : 5198-5200
Enable : Habilitado y le doy aceptar.
Creo que la config. del router esta bien, sospecho que el problema lo tengo en el Firewall del windows 7 o en el NORTON.
Estoy perdido...

192.168.2.101 esa es la IP del ordenador ?? .No te habrá cambiado a otra ?..... O la has configurado manual ?...Para que no cambie.
Haz esta prueba :
LAN IP ADRESS : 192.168.2.101.
Protocol Type : TCP&UDP
Lan Port : 5198-5199 Cambia estos parámetros...
Public port : 5200-5200 Cambia estos parámetros...
Enable : Habilitado y le doy aceptar.
