Nueva regulacion en la reglamentacion Portuguesa

The approval was given by ANACOM to the procedures governing the amateur service and amateur satellite service, as set out by Decree Law n.º 53/2009, March, 2nd, 2009, relative to regulations for Amateur Radiocommunications in Portugal (applied starting on the day June 1st, 2009).

Only for new radio amateurs will have new categories in Portugal, Azores and Madeira.

"CEPT" license, the original station callsign must be preceded by the prefix:

a) "CT7" if the operated station is located in PORTUGAL;
b) "CT8" if the operated station is located in AZORES;
c) "CT9" if the operated station is located in MADEIRA.

"CEPT novice" license, the original station call sign must be preceded by the prefix:

a) "CS7" if the operated station is located in PORTUGAL;
b) "CS8" if the operated station is located in AZORES;
c) "CS9" if the operated station is located in MADEIRA.
